
Jewellery Making Workshops
Learn the essential skills to make your own beaded jewellery.
There are a few types of jewellery making workshops - from 1.5 hours mini taster sessions to make earrings or a bracelet, or spend a bit more time on the 3 hour workshop learning the basic's, choosing your beads and designing your own necklace and earrings.
Mini Jewellery Taster Workshops - £20 each
Choice from the Earring or Bracelet workshop (or both as they are run back to back with a mini break in between)

Building Basic's Jewellery workshop - £35
In this 3 hours workshop, you will learn the basics of how to create beaded jewellery, from a pair of drop earrings through to a single row necklace with beads and components of your choice.
What to except:
- We will start by practicing the basic skills like curling head pin wires, opening jump rings and attaching findings using jewellery making tools and materials, plus lots more.
- Learn how to design your own pieces, with lots of hints and tips of how to create the perfect bead and colour combinations.
- You will have the chance to spend some time selecting beads and components from the large array available
- You will be guided through the process of making at least a pair of earrings, a necklace. (or more pieces if we have time.) If you would like to make two necklaces or 3 bracelets instead, please do!!
- Also bring along all your pre-loved pieces and I will show you how you can repair or
re-make them so you can enjoy your favourites again. - Free coffee and tea with biscuits available on site.
Most of all - have some fun and enjoy some time being creative!
Note: No previous experience needed.
These workshops are for 16 years olds and over.
For children younger than 16 years old - if you feel your child is capable of making jewellery, using pliers and cutters, then I can accommodate, but only with responsible parent or guardian as a paid student. All responsibility for the child is solely with their parent or guardian.
