Beaded Christmas Decoration Workshop – £35

Spend three relaxing and festive hours creating your own sparkling beaded Christmas decoration.

We'll begin by learning how to work with wire to create the three-dimensional framework of your decoration. You'll then add your chosen combination of beads and crystals to build up the design and bring your decoration to life.

There will be a beautiful selection of beads and colours available for you to choose from. You might opt for traditional festive colours, rich jewel tones, icy winter shades or something completely different to complement your own Christmas décor.

I'll guide you throughout the workshop, helping you with the different techniques and showing you how to assemble and finish your decoration ready to hang.

At the end of the session, you'll leave with your own beautiful handmade Christmas decoration – something special to bring out and enjoy year after year, or perhaps give as a thoughtful handmade gift.

A Little Festive Time for You

Christmas can be a wonderfully busy time of year, but it's also nice to find a little time to slow down.

This workshop is an opportunity to step away from the Christmas preparations for a few hours, enjoy working with beautiful beads and colours, and lose yourself in the simple pleasure of making.

There's no pressure to create the "perfect" decoration. You'll be encouraged to experiment with colours and beads and make something that's completely personal to you.

Do I need any previous experience?

Not at all. This workshop is completely beginner friendly and I'll guide you through the whole process step by step. You don't need any previous experience with beads, wirework or jewellery making.

What will I make?

You'll create your own three-dimensional beaded hanging Christmas decorations using wire, beads and crystals.

Your finished decoration will be ready to hang on your Christmas tree or elsewhere in your home.

Depending on time, you can make 2-3 decorations.

Can I choose my own colours?

Yes. You'll have a selection of beads and crystals to choose from so you can create a colour combination that suits you.

You could choose classic Christmas colours, rich jewel tones, wintery shades or simply pick the colours you love.

Are all the materials included?

Yes. All the wire, beads, crystals and other materials needed to make your decoration are included, along with use of the tools required during the workshop.

Is the workshop suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. The techniques will be demonstrated step by step and you'll have plenty of help throughout the session. The workshop is designed to be enjoyable and relaxed, whatever your previous crafting experience.

Can I come on my own?

Of course. Lots of people attend my workshops on their own. The sessions are friendly and informal, making them a lovely way to enjoy some creative time and meet other people who enjoy making.

Would this make a good Christmas activity with friends?

Definitely. The workshop is a lovely festive activity to enjoy with friends or family and is also suitable for small groups looking for something creative to do together in the run-up to Christmas.

Age Guidance

This workshop is suitable for ages 14+.

Younger participants may be accommodated where appropriate, but they must attend with a parent or responsible adult who is also booked onto the workshop. Please contact me before booking if you'd like to discuss whether the workshop is suitable for a younger participant.
